The most important feature for an enjoyable stay is cleanliness and this unit was immaculate! The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and nice appliances. The unit is small but the amount of storage was more than adequate. Thought we had an issue with a TV and the ice maker, got immediate help from mgmt. Turned out to be user error. Decor is a bit dated for our taste & popcorn ceiling needs to go. Enjoyed out visit overall.

What I liked best is going to the beach. My son and grandson could go fishing and I could walk the beach and seat under the umbrella and read a book. The condo was nice and clean. Kitchen was great to be able to cook if we wanted to.

Location was great for the Conference my daughter and I went too.
The room was very clean. There was enough towels for the bathroom. The Wifi kepted going in and out. That wasn't a big deal, we were too exhusted from our busy day any ways. The bed was on the stiff side, not too terrible. The beach is steps away which was a plus as well.

The water was extremely warm which caused an eerie, amazing fog on the water in the mornings which made it even more special. Beverly was so very helpful and easy to work with for the reservations. Our unit 408 was extremely nice. Loved everything about it. Spent lots of time on the beach and balcony relaxing. The umbrella and two chairs are a must for us when choosing a condo. Also gulf front is another requirement. 408 met all of our expectations. Was so appreciative of the multiport charging station and the closet cabinet in the living room. We husband and I stayed 7 nights at this beautiful 2b/2b beachfront condo. Clean as a whistle, updates galore. Unobstructed ocean view right on the beach. Balcony had table for 4 and 2 bar-height chairs with matching table. Huge updated kitchen with ample dining space for 6. Both bathrooms had plenty of space, primary bedroom had very comfortable king bed and had slider door to the balcony, as did the living room. Washer/dryer in a hallway alcove was a real plus. We didn't use the guest room, but loved having 2 great bathrooms. Mgmt. was extremely thorough and easy to reach. We contacted mgmt. once because we couldn't figure out the TV and a repairman arrived an hour later! Furnishings were comfortable, attractive and appeared like new. High marks for grounds, pool, mgmt and condo. Loved having the covered parking space, and plenty of carts available to haul up your luggage and coolers.
Convenient to groceries and restaurants, We love Okaloosa Island, but only a 10-15 minute drive to Destin for more exploring. Highly recommend!

From the little welcome bag with coffee essentials to the perfect storage cubbies in the bathroom, it’s clear that the host has put a lot of thought into making this a comfortable, welcoming space.
