This unit was perfect for our family and was very clean. We loved the space, the view, and our whole trip.
My only recommendation is that some additional items be added to the kitchen (more coffee mugs, ice cream scoop, SPATULAS, mixing bowls, and more than 2 pillows for the king sized bed in the master).

We really enjoyed our two month stay in Florida. Beautiful weather, beautiful beaches and a very relaxing stay. Our accommodations were very clean and well maintained. Although we weren’t able to have the original unit that we rented, the substitute was very nice. We would definitely recommend Sugar Sands.

Unit as described-very small and very basic but also very clean and nice location. Being a bottom unit you do get noise from the upstairs occupants. It is a very busy building with a lot of people coming in and out. Beach access makes it worth it all as the section of the beach is clean and not terribly busy. AC works very well. Decor is simple but comfortable. Pool area is clean and well kept too.

Comfortable condo for our family or 4 for a weeklong trip. Complimentary beach chair service was great. Having two bathrooms was nice and the kids loved the bunkbeds instead of having to share. Unfortunately, some basics are not provided like laundry detergent, beach towels, shampoo & conditioner, only 3 dishwasher packets, etc., so we had to buy a lot of items that we left behind since we flew in from Colorado.

We always enjoy our stays at Tropical Isle. Small and quaint yet has everything that you need. No fighting over pool chairs, no large crowds, etc. We have always felt safe while staying at Tropical Isle. The Tom Thumb store right next door is a wonderful addition. We have been coming/going to Tropical Isle for SEVERAL years and sometimes twice a year, and we cannot wait to get back there. This was the perfect room on ground floor walking out to a patio where no one else hung out really, then around the corner is the swimming pool & jacuzzi and out the gate to the beach. THis location was perfect for my neices and their toddlers! The place was clean, had extra cots and a pull our couch in addition to two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everything was stocked and worked great, it was clean and just the perfect place to maximize beach time! Location was close to everything you would ever want to do and half hour from the airport. Absolutely will be back and choose this location!

We highly recommend staying at Aqua villa. From the short walk to the beach to the well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the chairs provided as well. Our family of 4 will definitely be staying here again. The bunk beds were a hit for our two littles. Very spacious and clean with nice appliances. We are already planning our next trip here soon!

Unit was very clean and well kept. We had everything we needed. Saw earlier complaints about the bed in this unit prior to reserving, but we had no issues with it. Slept fine. View is beautiful. This unit did not come with complimentary beach service set up, but the owners did provide chairs and an umbrella. Probably more comfortable than the chairs offered by the beach service, honestly. I do wish additional shower/ sand rinse areas coming from the beach were located near the boardwalks as you travel to and from the beach. The one area they have for that is near the center of the complex and the pool area, which is understandable. I’d still stay there again without hesitation.

It was amazing. I absolutely loved the experience and accommodations. The location is perfect, everything was within minutes and I didn't have to leave the room. The pool is right outside the door, the house was very clean, the beach is one minute walk. The only thing I could have wanted was curtains in the double bed bedroom. The room is off of the parking lot and the light was bright. Nothing to much. Amazing place and experience.

Very nice unit. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed linger. Nicely furnished and very clean.
Only complaint I have is there is no place to put your groceries except on top of the kitchen counter. The pantry is locked and I assume only for the owners. Since we were only there for 3 nights, not a big problem, but would be awkward for a week.
