The location is great. The condo was clean and had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. You can see the pier, pool and fireworks from the balcony. Stewby’s seafood is right across the street. Bring your own dish soap, sponge, cleaning spray and laundry detergent.

This unit is a little dated and was short on some common items such as a broom and dustpan, an iron, dryer needs to be serviced as the lint trap was so full we had to vacuum it out just to get the lint trap filter to fit in. Suggest brining stuff from home when you can as the beach stores are slightly pricey and you only get a limited amount of stuff witht he rental.

We stayed for 5 days. When we arrived, the unit was clean and smelled so good! It has everything you need for your stay, including kitchenware. The location is not ON the beach but very close! The beach in this area was much less crowded than other beaches. The pool was very nice and clean and there's a hose to rinse the sand off in the pool area. Tom Thumb next door was very convenient for snacks and other little items you may need.

Everything was accessible, staff was helpful, location was within walking distance to numerous activities & restaurants. It might be helpful to tell future guests what type of laundry detergent to bring; also, we didn't know until our last night that the latch on the door handle of the washer/dryer was cracked & the unit never went into its dry cycle (we had to bring a sack of wet laundry home). Besides that, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

We loved it here. Our first time in Florida ! It had great view and a homie feel to the place. Only thing I hated that they was no dead bolt lock on the upper main door and my toddler could easily escape by pulling in the handle because it happened once and we had to make up a way for her to not let her self out the main door. Other than that we loved it and the area. Great location!

Overall place was great, had unit for two weeks. Things I'd like changed/updated - THAT couch has got to go!! Rolling bar cart would be great for food prep area (very little counter area) Floor lamp would be nice addition. Where I live at night it is DARK so pole light in parking lot shining thru blinds was bothersome so bought black sheet to cover window so maybe some kind of shade that could be drawn. Shower could use LOT more pressure. Things I like - SO CLOSE TO BEACH!! Murphy bed was comfortable and by having it really opened up floor space. Well within walking distance to some great places to eat. Had an issue with heat first night so management sent space heaters right away. Other guests were friendly. Unit is on ground floor and beach side so really quiet at night. All in all a great place to spend time out of wintery Illinois. I'll be back!

Property was clean, enjoyed our stay, The only problem was the master shower isn't user friendly. A couple of nights people long after midnight. Not extremely loud, but enough to hear through the walls and vibrating sound. But it was clean, and we enjoyed our stay. It was first time there and would go back.

We stayed here for the volleyball tournament that gets put on every spring and fall. It was our first time staying at the Destin West and we could not have picked a better location. It was clean, comfortable, and walking distance to the boardwalk so outside of the grocery store we never had to leave. Would definitely stay at this resort again.

this is the 2nd yr we stayed at the agua villa, 1st time stay at 301 and you get exactly what you are described..the view is gorgeous. the kitchen has every pot, pan, utensil you can think of.you were close to everything so when you did go somewhere the drive wasn't long. all the other guest at the villa were extremely nice again. we didn't want to leave

We enjoyed the location and condo in general. I would recommend to a friend or come back and stay again. We noticed a little noise from the upstairs condo while we were in the living room, but no noise while we were in the bedroom. The bathroom sink was slow to drain, I hope someone fixes it before the next customers stay. Overall, a very nice place, clean and mostly quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The beach access was right across the street. The kitchen is fully furnished with new non-stick pots and pans and anything else you may need.

Unit was small but this was what we wanted to a quilt weekend. Decorated very nice. Nice sized bathroom with separate shower and tub. Loved the lazy river on bayside. It was too cold for the beach.

Some coffee cups have gone missing, we only had 1. I would stay here again.

It was amazing. I absolutely loved the experience and accommodations. The location is perfect, everything was within minutes and I didn't have to leave the room. The pool is right outside the door, the house was very clean, the beach is one minute walk. The only thing I could have wanted was curtains in the double bed bedroom. The room is off of the parking lot and the light was bright. Nothing to much. Amazing place and experience.
