The most important feature for an enjoyable stay is cleanliness and this unit was immaculate! The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and nice appliances. The unit is small but the amount of storage was more than adequate. Thought we had an issue with a TV and the ice maker, got immediate help from mgmt. Turned out to be user error. Decor is a bit dated for our taste & popcorn ceiling needs to go. Enjoyed out visit overall.

The place was amazing!! Very clean and nicely furnished. The condo is located on the end of the building so no foot traffic from other guest past your door. The view from patio is beautiful with no obstructed view of the beautiful white sand. The thing I like most about the property was its location. It was far enough away from the touristy part of Destin to be quiet and relaxing but only 7-10 minute uber ride to the exciting night life. We never had to wait more than five minutes for an uber.

Great place. Loved how close to beach. Well stocked kitchen had everything thing we needed to cook up fresh seafood. Bed was super comfortable as was couch. I live where it is DARK at night so light filtering in was different. Had quite a bit of noise from upstairs guest but not 108s fault. Close to good food and market

My husband and I took a few days away together! Sugar Sands was very responsive and our condo was well kept and clean. The resort as a whole was super nice and we spent a lot of time on the bayside in the lazy river. The location is perfect being one of the last condos on Okaloosa island. Minimal traffic while still being close to everything. Once we returned home, I realized I left my purse in a drawer back at the condo. I called and they immediately went and retrieved it and shipped it back to me with everything still present (including a large sum of cash). Thankful for their honesty and communication!

Our unit 408 was extremely nice. Loved everything about it. Spent lots of time on the beach and balcony relaxing. The umbrella and two chairs are a must for us when choosing a condo. Also gulf front is another requirement. 408 met all of our expectations. Was so appreciative of the multiport charging station and the closet cabinet in the living room. Sugar Sands is so easy to work with and kept us informed at every step. Thank you.

Awesome will definitely book this condo in the future.The only thing it needs is a pizza pan and some cookie sheet pans and pot holders. Beds were comfortable but will probably need new mattress in master. I only say that because it is starting to have a dip in the middle. The living room furniture is also starting to show some wear but still comfy.

Love the location of this condo. Our 10 yr old granddaughter was with us she loved the lazy river and the pools. Just a nice walk on the beach to the restaurants and shops . Eat inside or out by the beach. So much fun.

From the little welcome bag with coffee essentials to the perfect storage cubbies in the bathroom, it’s clear that the host has put a lot of thought into making this a comfortable, welcoming space. It’s a great location within the complex, with easy access to both the beach and the crosswalk to lazy river. Would highly recommend!
