We had a great stay at Sugar Sands. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The beds were cozy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the whole place felt well taken care of. The location was perfect too, close to the beach and nearby restaurants but still quiet enough to relax.

Beverly was especially helpful throughout our stay. She was very responsive, kind, and made everything easy from check-in to any questions we had during the trip. Traveling with kids can sometimes be stressful, but having a host who communicates well and is willing to help makes a big difference.

Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area.

First time staying at this condo and it’s a great option. Location is what we really appreciated and the reason for renting it along with the price, 2 min walk to the beach. The property was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had the main things. Two things that we did not like - there was some musty smell in the kitchen when you first get in from outside, but not in the bedroom. The other thing was that the AC unit was very noisy and loud both in the bedroom and in the kitchen. You can’t really hear the TV when AC is blowing. Overall we had a great time because it was so close to the beach where we spent most of the day.

My husband and I took a few days away together! Sugar Sands was very responsive and our condo was well kept and clean. The resort as a whole was super nice and we spent a lot of time on the bayside in the lazy river. The location is perfect being one of the last condos on Okaloosa island. Minimal traffic while still being close to everything. Once we returned home, I realized I left my purse in a drawer back at the condo. I called and they immediately went and retrieved it and shipped it back to me with everything still present (including a large sum of cash). Thankful for their honesty and communication!

Our unit 408 was extremely nice. Loved everything about it. Spent lots of time on the beach and balcony relaxing. The umbrella and two chairs are a must for us when choosing a condo. Also gulf front is another requirement. 408 met all of our expectations. Was so appreciative of the multiport charging station and the closet cabinet in the living room. Location was great. Easy access to 2nd floor unit. Covered parking was a bonus. Three bedrooms/baths was a great. We had a few minor issues upon arrival but were handled right away. Plenty of restaurants and stores in the area. February is an iffy month for weather. Rather cool and foggy. Disappointed the pool wasn't open due to balcony repairs. With the weather being cool and the pool being closed it didn't give us much lounging outside time. Beach was gorgeous though and sand was white and soft. It was a relaxing vacation and an 8 hour drive was very, very doable.

Awesome will definitely book this condo in the future.The only thing it needs is a pizza pan and some cookie sheet pans and pot holders. Beds were comfortable but will probably need new mattress in master. I only say that because it is starting to have a dip in the middle. The living room furniture is also starting to show some wear but still comfy.
