The property description was very accurate explaining that construction was nearing completion. The unit was very clean and stocked very well. The ice maker wasn't working but the management informed us of that prior to our arrival and offered to have bagged ice there for us. We would most definitely recommend this unit. It is so close to the beach and a short drive to so many of the restaurants that we enjoy eating at.

First time staying at this condo and it’s a great option. Location is what we really appreciated and the reason for renting it along with the price, 2 min walk to the beach. The property was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had the main things. Two things that we did not like - there was some musty smell in the kitchen when you first get in from outside, but not in the bedroom. The other thing was that the AC unit was very noisy and loud both in the bedroom and in the kitchen. You can’t really hear the TV when AC is blowing. Overall we had a great time because it was so close to the beach where we spent most of the day.

Overall place was great, had unit for two weeks. Things I'd like changed/updated - THAT couch has got to go!! Rolling bar cart would be great for food prep area (very little counter area) Floor lamp would be nice addition. Where I live at night it is DARK so pole light in parking lot shining thru blinds was bothersome so bought black sheet to cover window so maybe some kind of shade that could be drawn. Shower could use LOT more pressure. Things I like - SO CLOSE TO BEACH!! Murphy bed was comfortable and by having it really opened up floor space. Well within walking distance to some great places to eat. Had an issue with heat first night so management sent space heaters right away. Other guests were friendly. Unit is on ground floor and beach side so really quiet at night. All in all a great place to spend time out of wintery Illinois. I'll be back!

Location was great for the Conference my daughter and I went too.
The room was very clean. There was enough towels for the bathroom. The Wifi kepted going in and out. That wasn't a big deal, we were too exhusted from our busy day any ways. The bed was on the stiff side, not too terrible. The beach is steps away which was a plus as well.

This was the perfect room on ground floor walking out to a patio where no one else hung out really, then around the corner is the swimming pool & jacuzzi and out the gate to the beach. THis location was perfect for my neices and their toddlers! The place was clean, had extra cots and a pull our couch in addition to two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everything was stocked and worked great, it was clean and just the perfect place to maximize beach time! Location was close to everything you would ever want to do and half hour from the airport. Absolutely will be back and choose this location!

We enjoyed our stay greatly. The location was perfect for us, and we loved the convenience of the pool, ocean, and parking. The chair service each day at the beach was fantastic! The unit fit our needs and was very clean. Some minor maintenance or updates are needed, but I would not hesitate to stay here again as is. The only downside to this unit is the lack of view, as the sand dunes are in front of the patio. But the convenience of the location on the ground floor outweighed our lack of an ocean view.

Unit was very clean and well kept. We had everything we needed. Saw earlier complaints about the bed in this unit prior to reserving, but we had no issues with it. Slept fine. View is beautiful. This unit did not come with complimentary beach service set up, but the owners did provide chairs and an umbrella. Probably more comfortable than the chairs offered by the beach service, honestly. I do wish additional shower/ sand rinse areas coming from the beach were located near the boardwalks as you travel to and from the beach. The one area they have for that is near the center of the complex and the pool area, which is understandable. I’d still stay there again without hesitation.

Very nice unit. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed linger. Nicely furnished and very clean.
Only complaint I have is there is no place to put your groceries except on top of the kitchen counter. The pantry is locked and I assume only for the owners. Since we were only there for 3 nights, not a big problem, but would be awkward for a week.

A discounted rate instead would have been nice. Would have been nice to have a larger property sign. It can be difficult to see at night where the drive was located

Condo was gorgeous! Extremely clean, comfortable beds and couches, breathtaking views, well equipped kitchen, balcony had plenty of seating, covered parking, and rental included two beach chairs and umbrella service daily. We loved our time at the condo and hope to book again!
Coffee pot was not working correctly and I called maintenance. A brand new coffee maker showed up the next morning! That was truly exceptional service! Thank y’all!
Only issue was master shower was not draining well. Left a note for maintenance.
Truly a beautiful beautiful spot and loved the 7th floor! Spent countless hours sitting on the balcony listening to and watching the ocean! On Wednesday night fireworks are let off on the pier- enjoyed watching them from the balcony!
Had two dinners at local restaurant The Shack, delicious!

It was very easy to locate the property, access the unit, and all of the listed amenities. The property is also super close to all of the activities we had booked like the Gulfarium and boat cruises from the HarborWalk village. This was a huge plus with two small children to quickly get back to the condo for nap times and forgotten items.
