    Our stay at this condo was very nice. We were stuck inside for half the vacation because of hurricane Ida. The people that we dealt with were all courteous and helpful. The only thing I might add to the condo we stayed in was a few rugs beside the beds. Sand is everywhere at the beach but we don’t like it in the bed. Other than that, our stay was wonderful.

    This unit is a little dated and was short on some common items such as a broom and dustpan, an iron, dryer needs to be serviced as the lint trap was so full we had to vacuum it out just to get the lint trap filter to fit in. Suggest brining stuff from home when you can as the beach stores are slightly pricey and you only get a limited amount of stuff witht he rental.

    Up on first entering the condo we noticed it was very clean. We enjoyed every minute! Perfect for a relaxing vacation. If you needed something quick like ice or a Coke it was a very short walk to the convenience store next door. In the condo is a small closet equipped with boogie boards, and sand toys if you forgot those items. The rental comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella from about 8am until about 6 pm (that was so helpful, less to tote to the beach). Walking to the beach was easy even with a cooler, bag, and a child (just across the parking lot). My grandson enjoyed the pool. If you’re looking for tourists adventures Destin is a short drive away, and the stay comes with a complimentary ticket to many events. We did a dolphin tour and it saved us the price of an adult ticket. My only suggestion is bring extra blankets for lounging. After a long day at the beach and a shower we wanted to cuddle up in a soft blanket. Last but definitely not least, Beverly was amazing! Very helpful with anything you need. We had a great stay!!

    Everything was accessible, staff was helpful, location was within walking distance to numerous activities & restaurants. It might be helpful to tell future guests what type of laundry detergent to bring; also, we didn't know until our last night that the latch on the door handle of the washer/dryer was cracked & the unit never went into its dry cycle (we had to bring a sack of wet laundry home). Besides that, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

    We loved it here. Our first time in Florida ! It had great view and a homie feel to the place. Only thing I hated that they was no dead bolt lock on the upper main door and my toddler could easily escape by pulling in the handle because it happened once and we had to make up a way for her to not let her self out the main door. Other than that we loved it and the area. Great location!

    Property was clean, enjoyed our stay, The only problem was the master shower isn't user friendly. A couple of nights people long after midnight. Not extremely loud, but enough to hear through the walls and vibrating sound. But it was clean, and we enjoyed our stay. It was first time there and would go back.

    this is the 2nd yr we stayed at the agua villa, 1st time stay at 301 and you get exactly what you are described..the view is gorgeous. the kitchen has every pot, pan, utensil you can think of.you were close to everything so when you did go somewhere the drive wasn't long. all the other guest at the villa were extremely nice again. we didn't want to leave

    Experience was great, this is a very family friendly place with lots of kids so you need to be prepared for that as the balcony is directly over the pool. The views of the beach were awesome and we found it very easy to relax. Parking is covered, excellent unexpected benefit and the room is directly off the elevator another excellent benefit. **Note - traffic right now is tough because of a new bridge being built so just budget extra time and keep all trips to the island!**

    Our stay was absolutely amazing! Everything from the view, the cleanliness of the condo, amenities and location was everything I was expecting and more. We were warned about the upcoming maintenance work which wasn’t a big deal but the only downfall was not being able to sleep in but it did not interrupt our time on the deck drinking coffee, pool or beach time! Would definitely stay here again!
