The condo is very spacious, there was plenty of room for our family of four. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The best part was the view of the beach from the balcony. It is amazing. We saw dolphins from the balcony. This is a great condo. We will be staying again for sure.

This condo was perfect for our Sisters Getaway! Very beautiful and the view from the balcony was gorgeous.
The colors in the condo have beach vibe all over it and it looked just like it appears in the phots. It was very spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need to cook.They not only had a drip coffee machine but a Keurig as well. I thought the toaster wasn’t working right and Maintenance showed up with a new toaster. (Turns out it wasn’t really broken, but operator error, me. Was I embarrassed)
One little touch I’ve not seen in other places is the way they present the towels in the bathroom. So pretty and made us feel welcomed and like we were at a 5 star hotel. I would definitely come back here!
I gave 4 stars for general condition as the couch and the area rug could use an update. They were clean but there are some stains on both which definitely do not go with the beauty of this condo!

Pelican Isle #312 was a wonderful get-away.The property description was accurate and everything was functional. The view was amazing and the porch furniture was comfortable too. The master bed was really comfy and we slept well. My husband appreciated that the unit had a full size recliner and we LOVED that the unit included an umbrella and two chairs. Lastly, we took advantage of the XPlorie complimentary daily activity. That was a nice perk!

We really enjoyed our two month stay in Florida. Beautiful weather, beautiful beaches and a very relaxing stay. Our accommodations were very clean and well maintained. Although we weren’t able to have the original unit that we rented, the substitute was very nice. We would definitely recommend Sugar Sands.

We loved our stay here. The resort was in the perfect location, the view from the unit was amazing! The unit was clean and spacious. All staff we encountered onsite were friendly. Def recommend! My kids and I had the best time! I have stayed at other units at this resort and they all seem to have similar mattresses, which are not anywhere near the best, but that is literally the only less than glowing remark I can provide. It wouldn’t (and won’t) stop me from booking again!

We have stayed at Sugar Sands multiple times. Only 1 time we've only had 1 thing that we didnt like and that was the floors had not been cleaned very well. Our feet were black from walking on the floors. We did not report it to management because it could have been an oversight. We have been pleased with all of our visits to Sugar Sands Tropical Isle.

The wife's sister and niece visited us in Temple, Ga., from Vancouver B.C. They had never been to the Gulf so we brought them down for a couple of days. The condo was very clean and convenient to the beach. The niece was excited about the bunk bed!! LOL. Be aware: we usually prefer a ground floor stay, but at this location, there is no Gulf view from the ground floor. We were on level two and had a great view.

This was an amazing condo with great beach views! It was clean upon arrival and was decorated very beautifully with comfortable furniture. We had all that we needed for a relaxing stay of enjoying the pool and beach. The pool was heated to perfection and the hot tub was nice, altho it was small and always busy! The beach is beautiful and the chair service was nice on the beach. The only downside to this condo is the fact they didn’t provide pool/beach towels. I’m sure it’s not a problem for many who drive to this destination, but it is when flying since luggage space is at a premium! I would definitely stay in this unit again.

Unit was small but this was what we wanted to a quilt weekend. Decorated very nice. Nice sized bathroom with separate shower and tub. Loved the lazy river on bayside. It was too cold for the beach.

Some coffee cups have gone missing, we only had 1. I would stay here again.

Everything was great. Unit had everything we needed. Unit was clean when we arrived. All codes provided worked as they should. My only complaint would be the televisions. It would be fantastic if the televisions had a function to easily cast from our phones to the tv. If there was a way, we could not figure it out, pretty frustrating.

Great Location. Condo has been well taken care of, also it was very clean. We booked the first floor but was hesitant but it was great. Very nice unit. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed linger. Nicely furnished and very clean.
Only complaint I have is there is no place to put your groceries except on top of the kitchen counter. The pantry is locked and I assume only for the owners. Since we were only there for 3 nights, not a big problem, but would be awkward for a week.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was very cute, well decorated. Good size for us, we have two young children who slept in bunks. Location of condo is right above pool - convenient for running up to grab things or peaking down at kids in pool, but it was pretty noisy most all day until 10 or so at night. Condo really had everything we needed, listing was accurate. Felt clean & comfortable.

My family and I had so a great time visiting Fort Walton Beach. Stayed on the 7th floor and would love to use the same unit again. Very clean and updated, had everything we needed for a family of four with young kids. The view was amazing, watched dolphins from the balcony every day. Can’t wait to go back.

It was very easy to locate the property, access the unit, and all of the listed amenities. The property is also super close to all of the activities we had booked like the Gulfarium and boat cruises from the HarborWalk village. We had a great stay with Sugar Sands at Azure 403. The property was spacious, king beds in all 3 rooms, and a private bath for each. The unit is clean, modern, and very nice! The balcony overlooks the pool and beach and provides a perfect spot to relax. If I have to find a negative, my only thing would be mattress firmness. If you like plush or soft mattresses, these are not it. I would still highly recommend Sugar Sands and this unit.
