Lovely reetreat with my husband celebrating our anniversary. Well maintained condo overlooking the ocean and beach. Very peaceful and restful and clean. We had an issue getting in because we had the wrong door code but they quickly responded. Professional communication from everyone including Al who works at Pelican Isle and our housekeeper Tenesia. Great amenities. Can use a pizza cutter. And perhaps a listing of restaurants or things to do as we don't know how to use Alexa.

this is the 2nd yr we stayed at the agua villa, 1st time stay at 301 and you get exactly what you are described..the view is gorgeous. the kitchen has every pot, pan, utensil you can think of.you were close to everything so when you did go somewhere the drive wasn't long. all the other guest at the villa were extremely nice again. we didn't want to leave

408 Island Princess is in a great location on the beach within walking distance of several restaurants. The unit comes with a beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs, which were set up on the beach for us each morning, a $300 value! The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of hangers in the closet. We would definitely stay at this condo again!

Location was great. Easy access to 2nd floor unit. Covered parking was a bonus. Three bedrooms/baths was a great. We had a few minor issues upon arrival but were handled right away. Plenty of restaurants and stores in the area. February is an iffy month for weather. Rather cool and foggy. Disappointed the pool wasn't open due to balcony repairs. With the weather being cool and the pool being closed it didn't give us much lounging outside time. Beach was gorgeous though and sand was white and soft. It was a relaxing vacation and an 8 hour drive was very, very doable.

Unit was very clean and well kept. We had everything we needed. Saw earlier complaints about the bed in this unit prior to reserving, but we had no issues with it. Slept fine. View is beautiful. This unit did not come with complimentary beach service set up, but the owners did provide chairs and an umbrella. Probably more comfortable than the chairs offered by the beach service, honestly. I do wish additional shower/ sand rinse areas coming from the beach were located near the boardwalks as you travel to and from the beach. The one area they have for that is near the center of the complex and the pool area, which is understandable. I’d still stay there again without hesitation.

Condo was great! Sugar Sands staff did a awesome job. The construction was a headache but we were warned before our trip and given the option to get a refund. Awesome will definitely book this condo in the future.The only thing it needs is a pizza pan and some cookie sheet pans and pot holders. Beds were comfortable but will probably need new mattress in master. I only say that because it is starting to have a dip in the middle. The living room furniture is also starting to show some wear but still comfy.
