We have stayed at many other units on this property over the years, and this by far has been our favorite. The furnishings are beautiful, the bedding was comfortable, and the sturdy patio furniture was great for taking in the ocean views. The unit appeared to have been recently remodeled and felt fresh! We LOVED having access to beach umbrella service, especially during a busy holiday weekend. The unit is well equipped, the ONLY minor thing I would add is that there are only plastic dishes available that cannot be microwaved, which made heating anything up challenging. Perhaps adding a few more china dish options would be great. Other than that the condo was wonderful. We definitely plan to stay in this unit in the future.

If you are looking for a family friendly beach vacation. This is the spot. Our family stayed here with our 4 and 6 year old kids. This is the last property on this strip of beach, making it very secluded and quiet, even during spring break, which is when we stayed. The pictures of the views from the unit don't do it justice. You open the front door and see a full panoramic of the ocean right away. This is the closest building to the beach so it is truly: step out of your door, go down the elevator, and walk right on to the pier leading to the beach. Extremely convenient. Loved everything about this unit, the location, and our stay overall.

The condo was clean with everything you need for a great stay. The place was better than the pictures! 6th floor overlooking the beach and pool. This place is the last condo on the beach, so you have access to completely unpopulated beach right next door.

It was very nice inside and easy to get into. I liked that it was kind at the end of the condos on the beach. The sliding door to the balcony needed some grease and the elevators were slow but that is minor. We will definitely consider this property when we come back.

The complex was wonderful, lots of space, beautiful beachside pool (Too cold to swim in when we were there) beautifully maintained grounds. We did have problems with one of the elevators "Sticking" and got stuck for about 10 minutes on it but the company came out and worked on it very quickly, just a bit scary. The heated pool was down for repair work so that was a bit of a bummer but not a deal breaker. The condo itself was beautiful, well stocked, very clean and comfortable. The ice maker in the fridge was super slow but we just bought ice at Tom Thumb. The beach area was amazing, views from the condo were amazing. Loved this quiet location enough to return again and again. We are senior citizens and being in a quiet location is what we need. The management company (Jasmin) was wonderful, she quickly answered any questions and was so very helpful.

As a larger family its difficult to find a clean affordable safe place to take a vacation! Our stay here provided everything we were looking for and was close enough to the water you could hear the waves crashing at night. Stores and shops of all types were conveniently located nearby yet the location of our rental made it feel like we were the only people there! Neighbors were quiet and respectful...and staff we interacted with were pleasant and helpful as well. We could even door dash dinner if we felt like staying in and the guards would call and make sure we were expecting someone before letting them on the property. I give our stay ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Unit 468 was an amazing place to stay. It was very clean. This unit had an amazing view of the emerald shore. This property has been around for quite sometime, but everyone who visits always return. The common areas were clean too.
