The property, while older, was well maintained and we were impressed by how clean the grounds were kept during our entire stay. We also loved the idea of the "Beach Toy Library" they had in the garage area! Wish we had that when our kids were young! Our unit was in pretty good shape with a few exceptions. The flooring in the master needs to be replaced-carpet is not beach friendly. We did not go barefoot in the bedroom because the carpet felt and looked dirty. The pillows could be replaced as well but the bed was comfortable and the bedroom itself was dark and quiet so we slept well. The ac and water pressure were great! The furniture throughout the unit was comfortable and in good shape.
While we didn't cook much, the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. The toaster does need to be replaced as the middle heating element was missing so the bread only toasted on one side at a time and you had to hold the lever down the whole time to get it to work at all.
The view was great, the location was great, the chair service was great, and we were pleasantly shocked at how quiet the unit was. We could hear noise from the pool area during the afternoons/evenings when we were in the living area but never past 10 pm.
Overall, I would definitely recommend the property and was very impressed with the Sugar Sands Vacation Rental team. We contacted them with minor questions and their service was impeccable!

This condo is very inviting and welcoming. Views are amazing and the maintenance staff are wonderful. We had a slight problem with a bedroom TV and even after me telling them it wasn't an emergency they came immediately and tried to repair the issue and when they couldn't repair it they replaced with a new TV so to say the least this service is amazing and I would highly recommend using them again. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was extremely clean. Thank you again for a wonderful vacation experience.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at 312 Pelican Isle! The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed! The view of the beach was unbelievably gorgeous. We started and ended our days on the balcony. Sugar Sands provides you with free activities to do while you are on vacation and we took advantage of a round of golf for my husband and he loved it! This is our second year to stay at Okaloosa Island and it’s become our favorite spot to vacation to.
We highly recommend Sugar Sands and can’t wait to book through them again next year!

This was our first time staying at Pelican Isle. The condo was clean and had everything we needed (bring extra dish towels and dish cloths, we only had one!) The bed was comfortable and the decor was definitely beachy. The view was spectacular! Beach chairs and an umbrella were provided until November 1, then you’ll need your own. We stayed part of October and part of November. It was quiet and relaxing. We were very glad we booked this condo!
