This unit is just a short walk along the beach to the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier and Boardwalk with features a great variety of outdoor restaurants, fine dinning and music. Destin and outlet malls are within minutes by car, as well as water parks, movies and mini golf.
This three bedroom, two bath unit is presented with richly colored furniture and bedding. The master bedroom has a King sized bed, private balcony access, and bathroom. The second bedroom offers two comfortable Queen beds, and third bedroom has child-sized bunk beds. Make yourself at home in the living room with a comfy sofa and several deep arm-chairs after a long day playing in the surf and enjoying the resort’s outdoor pool! The fully furnished kitchen and cookware to assist you in preparing homemade meals for loved ones. We thought the condo was great. SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH!!!! We really liked the layout of the condo. Our only suggestion was to add a deadbolt lock high on front door, only because the childrens bedroom was next to the front door.

Overall, everything was excellent. The location was great, the views are amazing and the condo was perfect and clean. There are many nice restaurants within minutes, and a short drive to Destin for a lot more attractions and things for the kids. We saw dolphins from our balcony, jellyfish on the beach and a lot of fish while swimming! Excellent stay and communication from Sugar Sands.

We were looking for a Spring Break getaway on a quiet beach. That is exactly what we got, with an awesome view of the Gulf from our condo. Well situated, close to shops, the pier, groceries. Tasteful beach decor. Newer, high-end appliances. The pool was warm. The management company was quick to respond to an issue with the TV. Overall a great stay during a stressful time. We will come back!
