As a regular, I rented a couple times before. 114 offers you the beach which is steps away, a convenient store (steps away) while ft Walton is just a few minutes by car. 114 is well equipped and will provide you with everything you need. Steps from the beach, it was great! Super convenient to be able to walk to and from the beach whenever you want! The shower head was a little wonky, but it wasn’t bad. Wish the TVs were smart TVs a we could have watched Netflix, but overall great bang for your buck. We would stay again.

Small unit was perfect for our 3 person family! Basically right on the beach, just an extremely short walk and your toes are in the sand! Overall the unit was clean and came with the basic components for a week vacation on the beach! My only small complaint, no toaster! Silly yes, but we often have toast or bagels for breakfast and "broil" on the oven didnt cut it. Also no stopper for the bath tub. Our daughter still takes baths rather than showers.

We enjoyed the condo with the convenient keyless entry and the laundromat on the premises. We liked the kitchen very much and the televisions both worked very well. The bed was a little too hard, but it was good that it was a king size. It's just a short 40 second walk to the beach, which is a great convenience.
